Is it cruelty if you laugh at them, take a picture, and then rescue them?

So anyway this a picture of my dog that got her head stuck inside a peanut butter jar.

She’s OK and no I didn’t encourage her.   She was confused but not freaking out

and she could breath, so I took a picture of her!  She just did it,  she is a schnauzer

and that means tenacious!
